Step 1: Pick your app

For this guide we'll use eCardify because the free tier supports unlimited cards and exports to Apple Wallet for free.

Step 2: Fill in your basics

Open the app and start a new card. Add:

• Name and title (this becomes the contact name when saved)
• Company (optional but recommended)
• Primary phone (mobile is best — easiest to follow up)
• Email address (use your work email, not personal)
• Profile photo (a clear headshot — recipients use this to recall who you are)

Step 3: Add social and web links
